The listing information
The property listings on this site are supplied by MLSListings Inc. and are displayed under licence. Some of what you see relates to properties listed by brokerages other than ours; where that is so, the listing brokerage is credited on the listing.
You may use this information only to look for property you might buy or lease, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- copy, scrape, harvest, crawl or bulk-download listing data, whether by hand or by automated means;
- redistribute, republish or resell it;
- use it to build or add to any database, index, mailing list or competing service;
- use it for any commercial purpose at all without our written permission.
Accuracy
The listing information comes from MLSListings and from the brokerages that submitted it. We pass it on in good faith but we do not originate it, cannot guarantee it, and do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete or current. Prices, availability, square footage, lot size, room counts, school assignments, zoning, permits and tax figures are all frequently wrong or out of date in source data.
Map pin positions are derived from each listing’s street address rather than supplied by the MLS, so a pin shows an approximate location and for some rural or unaddressed parcels only the general area.
Verify anything that matters to your decision independently, with your own inspections, surveys and professional advisers. Nothing on this site is a substitute for that.
Not an offer, and no relationship created
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or lease, or a solicitation of an offer to buy. Properties may be under contract or withdrawn before the site reflects it. Using this site, creating an account or sending us an enquiry does not create an agency, brokerage or fiduciary relationship between us. Acceptable use

Other people’s sites
Listings sometimes link to virtual tours, videos and marketing material hosted by third parties. Those are not ours, we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Our own material
The design of this site, its text and our own photographs belong to us or our licensors. Listing photographs and listing data belong to MLSListings and to the submitting brokerages. Do not reproduce any of it without permission from whoever owns it.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Coastal Preferred Properties, BLSH 20 Inc., nor MLSListings Inc. will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Monterey County, California, and you agree to that venue.
